MiCasa is GPL software. It's a client/server program written by Grzegorz Adam Hankiewicz and Jon López de Dicastillo for one of the subjects about nets taught at Deusto (ESIDE). This work written in Java, makes SQL queries to the database McKoi SQL 0.93, which of course is free software too.
To run the programs you will need to have installed and configured the Java runtime which you can get from http://java.sun.com/. The file provided here containst documentation about the program, but it's so easy that it doesn't contain instructions about it's use.
This software is provided 'as-is', without any guarantee. Do what you want with it withing the restrictions of the GPL license, which you have in the COPYING.txt file. And don't bother us with questions about the code, most surely we won't answer.
