Netscape Communicator 4 / Netscape Messenger

     Ok, follow these steps:

1. Open the program Netscape Messenger.
2. Go to the menu Edit-->Preferences
   
3. Now in the option tree select Mail & Groups-->Messages and right to it in Messages properties make sure that the option By default, send HTML messages is desactivated.
   
4. That's all.
